  • What kind of workouts do you do?

    We offer both group strength & conditioning classes and personal training sessions. Our group classes blend strength, cardio, and community — while personal training gives you one-on-one coaching and a program tailored specifically to your goals.


  • What is a Strength & Conditioning class?

    It’s a mix of strength training to build lean muscle and conditioning to boost endurance, burn fat, and feel amazing. You’ll lift, move, sweat, and leave stronger — no matter your fitness level.

  • Do I need to be in shape to start?

    Nope. Most of our members started from scratch. We’ll meet you where you are, modify every movement as needed, and help you build confidence one class at a time.

  • What if I have a pre-existing injury?

    We’ve got you. Our coaches are trained to safely modify every workout — whether you’re coming back from an injury, dealing with joint pain, or just need to take things slow. You’ll never be pushed past what’s safe for your body.

  • How long are the workouts?

    Classes are 45 minutes — long enough to get results, short enough to fit your busy life. Personal training sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes depending on your needs.

  • Is childcare available?

    Yes! You can workout while your child takes karate class or you can take advantage of our on-site childcare as an add-on, so you can focus on your workout while your little one hangs out safely nearby.

  • How much does it cost?

    Your first class or consultation is free. After that, we’ll help you choose the best fit — group training memberships, personal training packages, or a combo of both. Simple pricing, no contracts, and zero pressure.
